Welcome to Fulshear Sports Association, your local youth sports league!
Youth sports are so important! Not only is it fun to play sports and important to have an active lifestyle, but being involved in youth sports advances the emotional, physical, social, and mental development of children, teens, and families. Join us at Fulshear Sports Association and get your kids and teens moving in one of our youth sports leagues! These include youth basketball, youth soccer, and youth volleyball.
We allow friend and coach requests. While we do our very best to accommodate friend and coach requests, there are few instances in which friend and coach requests cannot be honored, such as when the friend or coach is in a different age division or the team requested is already full. (These are fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis).
Please note that Fulshear Sports has a no refund policy and there will be no refunds provided if in the rare event we are unable to honor a friend or coach request.
We rely exclusively on volunteer coaches. Youth recreational sports is only possible with the help and commitment of volunteer coaches, so please consider volunteering to coach! It is truly a rewarding experience. (Please note, if a team is formed initially without a coach, the parents on that team will be asked to step in and coach. There will be no refunds for teams where no one volunteers. Registration fees are utilized for the purchase of uniforms, game day reservations, officials, equipment, end-of-season awards, etc. This is a recreational league, not a club program, so league registration fees are not utilized for paid coaches. As such, parents are expected to assist in the coaching of their teams when needed).
Practices: For football, soccer, T-Ball, and coach pitch, the volunteer coaches will determine the dates, times, and locations of practice. You will receive that information once you are assigned to a team a few weeks before the season. For basketball, each team will get one hour of practice time in a gym during the week. The practice time will be set a couple weeks before the season. For volleyball, practices will be before the games on Sunday.
